Dear Dr. Hsieh,

I am a 3rd year undergraduate student at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)
Kanpur in the department of Electrical Engineering. This mail is to request an
opportunity for a challenging summer internship during the period from May '08
to July '08.

Research Experience:

Electronics Circuits Lab: I had performed the following experiments in this
lab 1.  Baseband Digital Data Transmission 2.  Design and verification of a
biquad active filter 3.  Design and verification of Voltage Controlled
Oscillator 4.  Amplitude Modulation and Demodulation, Frequency Modulation and
Demodulation

Relevant courses taken by me are as follows:
1. Introduction to Electronics
2. Principles of Communication
3. Communication System

I found your work quite profound, especially on " Localized high-resolution
MR imaging of rat brain................... ..".As my area of interest tones
with your work field, I do look forward to an enriching and mutually
beneficial experience in your institute and would be very much obliged to
hear from you.
