  Hi我們今天跟PTT之間出了點狀況，
  我們嘗試與對方談判，(Angelfire上週決定實行哀兵政策，送信給PTT外交官belle
               ，內容是他個人病史與情感問題，這大概是我見過最詭異的乞和信。)
  但是PTT拒絕跟我們達成任何外交協議， (因為RG的信譽十分差)
  並且回覆了一些不當字眼，還放狠話。

  總之，PTT在6小時內佔領了RG一位盟友20次，(我怎麼沒看到有人過度攻擊被鎖？)
  並且PTT正要以超過11000的軍力展開另外四次佔領行動，

  於是，我與我們的盟主決定了，我們要向PTT開戰。
  我們要求盟員蓋高間諜屋、衝高軍分、暫時不要攻擊PTT、停止生產資源與研究。
  兩週後我們會正式向PTT宣戰

  我們需要自願者:
  1.調查PTT盟員的座標                     2.調查PTT盟員的市中心等級
  3.調查PTT盟員的間諜屋高度(與風險機率)   4.調查RG的總軍分
  當這些工作都完成後，我們會分組進攻，並且一個戰區一個戰區拿下勝利。
  自願者請寄信給我，記得這是為了我們的盟。
  (Angelfire你確定這是為了你們RG？我還以為單純是你個人被PTT打太慘想報仇。)

  我們會檢查盟員的軍分，盟員最晚必須10-12天內把軍分衝高。
