I sincerely suggest you not to add your English name in your I-485.
It will only make your name check process more complicated and takes longer
to finish. You dond't need to add it base on the information you provided.
As long as any of your offical document does not use it, you don't need
to add it.
My name check has been pending for 9 months I have a very commond name
and my passport also have the alias.
Now I not only regret to add that in my passport, but also wish I had changed
my name to a more unique name before I come to U.S.
Some lucky people get their GC in 3 months after filing I-485 because their
name check process is quick, others like me is still waiting for the name
check result.
