Thank cchris for the answer to garyshw. That's very helpful to me.
In this case, does H1B holder need to update any information to USCIS
(for example: single->married) before his/her spouse may apply for H4?

→ miluco:在485通過之前結婚就可以了,最好是申請485時就已經結婚
→ miluco:在沒有遞交485之前,你配偶沒有移民企圖,而配偶因為跟H1
→ miluco:結婚而持有H4(允許有移民企圖),也很正常
