[問題] 臨時綠卡換永久綠卡問題

大家好，
想請教大家臨時綠卡(結婚)換成永久綠卡
是臨時綠卡上面印截止日期前90天可以申請
還是說結婚滿兩年前90天可以申請呢?
查過網路  好像兩種說法都有  不知哪個才正確  想請教大家
以下是我日期進程

2007/7/29   結婚
2007/9/1    遞件
2007/12/31  申請通過 也是臨時綠卡上寫的生效日期

那請問我最早可以申請永久綠卡的日期
是今年的10/1 還是結婚滿兩年前90天?
