[問題] 加拿大技術移民親屬問題---已爬文

各位好
按照加拿大技術移民規定
其中有一加分要件如下
Relatives in Canada
You, or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a relative
(parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of
a grandparent, aunt or uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew) who
is residing in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

請問我2位表阿姨目前住在加拿大也有公民

符合文件中所指的aunt or uncle

→ cder:二等啊！媽媽（一等）的姊妹（再一等），所以是二等
→ cchris:已台灣的定義方式,叔伯阿姨是三等親,兄弟是二等親
→ cchris:加拿大這個條件接受的相當於直系2等以內以及旁系3等以內
