FAPA是說：HR 3012從今年1/23之後（在參議院）就沒有什麼動靜，
但他並沒有說不會有什麼影響啊。
現在這兩個星期是關鍵期，大家不要鬆懈下來。隨時都有可能在參議院表決的。
