PIO card - Person of Indian Origin Card
申請條件:
1. person at any time held an Indian passport or;
2. person's parents or grand parents or great grand parents were born in
and permanent residents in India, but not moved to Pakistan and Bangladesh or;
3. person is spouse of a citizen of India or a person of Indian origin as
per above.
好處:
免簽證, 停留 180 天內都沒問題, 可以開戶, 置產... basically everything
除了被選舉還投票權等等政治權利.

年底要去印度, 辦 multi-entry 的旅簽, 結果他們竟然只簽給我 single entry!
真是有夠機車, 比在台灣的還機車 (在台灣辦至少都還有給我 multi-entry)
跟老公兩個人大怒之下, 決定辦 PIO card, 一勞永逸.
辦了後我就可以在印度置產了 XD 老公要買房也可以買我的名字. 哈哈哈哈~~
(其實這個好像才是重點)
anyway 我現在還在等他們寄還我"single entry"的簽證+護照.
然後要辦個埃及簽證, 然後就要開始申請 PIO card 了...
不知道有沒有版友已經有 PIO card 了?
有的話可否請來 post 心得?
不然就等我申請到(或沒申請到)後再來波了 Q_Q
