這是今年年初關於Owners meeting的報導，裡面有提到outright waivers跟
unconditional release waivers 都採用新規則，不分聯盟，按照勝率，從
最差的先挑。而Traber就是放在outright waiver 上面，所以事實上不是只
有美聯的十幾隊不選，而是全大聯盟有二十幾支球隊都沒撿走他。關於世界
大賽冠軍最後一個挑的規定我沒有找到，不過就算只看勝率，後面也只剩紅
雀跟洋基了。
