Indians get 1B-OF Anderson from Red Sox

The Boston Red Sox traded first baseman-outfielder Lars Anderson to the Clevela
nd Indians for right-hander Steven Wright on Tuesday.

The deal was announced by the Indians.

Anderson, 24, has spent most of the season at Class AAA Pawtucket where he has
hit .259 with 22 doubles, nine home runs and 52 RBI in 93 games. He also played
six games for the Red Sox in April.

Wright went 9-6 with a 2.49 with Class AA Akron.

Jul 31 Anderson has been traded to the Indians for knuckleballer Steven Wright,
WEEI.com's Alex Speier reports.

Recommendation:
A former top prospect in the Red Sox's system, Anderson was blocked at first
base by Gonzalez anyway, but he may return to his original position with
Cleveland as the Tribe look for long-term solutions at the position.

Anderson has hit .259/.359/.415 with nine homers and 52 RBI in 340 at-bats with
Pawtucket this season.

兩支位置很尷尬的球隊，在731大限之前做的一個不痛不癢的交易....

既然球團如我所想的對LaPorta已經沒有太多耐心了(以至於又找來Anderson想說以量取勝)
其實真的可以如之前版友所建議的，把LaPorta換回去給釀酒人似乎也不錯...:p
