Mancini signs for Inter
Amantino Mancini is an Inter player after the Nerazzurri agreed a deal with
Roma this afternoon.
The Brazilian wizard was a star for the Giallorossi last season, but had made
it clear that he saw his future elsewhere.
New Inter boss Jose Mourinho set his heart on bringing Mancini in as his
first addition and that has come to fruition.
Early indications are that the Italian champions will pay their Super Cup
opponents ￡10.3m and that Mancini will sign a four-year deal worth ￡2.8m
per season.
“Both sides are satisfied,” Inter director Gabriele Oriali told Sky Sport
Italia.
“We hope that Mancini can do as well as Cristian Chivu has for us and become
an important player.”
