Marco Materazzi is not averse to joining Greek side Panathinaikos in January,
confirms the World Cup winner's agent.
Matrix has largely spent this season on the bench at Inter and, despite
recently extending his contract, could seek a move elsewhere.
"We know that Panathinaikos are interested in Marco, but up until this moment
we have not considered the possibility," said agent Claudio Vigorelli.
"The player is in a winter training camp with Inter in Abu Dhabi and I haven't
spoken to him yet."
"Greece is an option I certainly would not rule out."
The Greek newspapers report that failure to bring in the 2006 World Cup hero
would see Panathinaikos turn their attention to Celtic man Stephen McManus.
