簡單的說，就是訂單沒有被處理（你的信用卡應該也沒有被扣款）
如果你要他們再次確認，請提供正確的信用卡地址（沒有被核准的理由就是你填
的信用卡地址跟他們與銀行查詢的不同，兩者必須完全相符）
之前我有遇過，AE的客服告訴我，要他們寄送到美國地址，最好是使用美國當
地信用卡
