標題[PYPL] paypal在耍我嗎?

之前因為沒登記信用卡 所以帳號被Limited了
上週我已經登入了信用卡 及四碼的授權碼
但paypal依然要我傳真身分證 護照以玆證明我的身分 我也照做了
但沒想到paypal不但沒有解除limit 還寄一封信給我
內容為

full access to your account. Please complete the steps below so that we
may
review your account further:
- Based on a review of your account and the information received, we

that you have or are related to multiple accounts that have unresolved

@yahoo.com.tw

that your account shares similar (characteristics, including shared

profile information.)This includes (but is not limited to) last name,
email, financial information, phone number, and address information.
If you are faxing information, you must use the cover page provided by
PayPal. The cover page contains information specific to you and using

ensures that your documents are routed and handled in a timely manner.

print the cover page, log into your account and click on the fax
documents
link on the "Limited Account Access Details" page.

我不懂 我明明就沒有別的paypal帳戶 這是我第一次申請信用卡並註冊
為什麼會這樣呢? 寫信給paypal 也總是制式的回覆
有人能幫忙嗎? 我快瘋了
