For all you people who say "I love you" when you have no clue what love is
exactly!!!:
這篇文章是給你們那些嘴巴說"我愛你"卻不知愛到底是什麼的人看滴:)
What is love? When we claim that it's love that we have for someone, are we
correct? Something to ponder upon.....
什麼是愛?當我們說我們愛誰的時候，我們是真的愛他嗎？想想看這些東東吧......
Are your palms sweaty, is your heart racing and is your voice caught within
your chest?
It isn't love, it's like.
你的掌心是不是冒著汗呢,你是不是心跳加速而聲音就好像哽在你的胸口裡一樣??
那不是愛，那是喜歡。
You can't keep your eyes or hands off of them, am I right?
It isn't love, it's lust.
你的眼神離不開他，你無法克制想要靠近他的念頭，我說對了吧？
那不是愛，那只是慾望。
Are you proud, and eager to show them off?
It isn't love, it's luck.
你是不是覺得很自豪，很想帶他出去炫耀？

(這裡的"那兒"指的是"情人的位置"，
像上一句就是說"你是不是因為他是你的情人所以想要他？")

你是不是因為每個人都想要你在那兒所以才在那兒呢？
(你是不是因為每個人都覺得你應該要繼續跟他在一起所以才跟他在一起呢？)
那不是愛，那只代表你很忠心。
Are you there because they kissed you, or held your hand?
It isn't love, it's low confidence.
你是不是因為他會親親你，牽牽你的手所以才在那兒？
(你是不是因為他會親親你，牽牽你的手所以才跟他在一起呢？)
那不是愛，那是你缺乏自信。
Do you stay for their confessions of love, because you don't want to hurt
them?
It isn't love, it's pity.
你是不是因為他對你示愛，而你又怕傷到他，所以才繼續留在那兒？

那不是愛，那只是同情。
Do you belong to them because their sight makes your heart skip a beat?
It isn't love, it's infatuation.
你是不是因為他的目光能使你的心撲通撲通地跳所以才屬於他？

那不是愛，那是著迷。
Do you pardon their faults because you care about them?
It isn't love, it's friendship.

那不是愛，那是友情。
Do you tell them every day they are the only one you think of?
It isn't love, it's a lie.
你是不是每天都告訴他說他是你每天唯一想到的人？
那不是愛，那是在說謊。
Are you willing to give all of your favourite things for their sake?
It isn't love, it's charity.
你是不是為了他們即使要你給出所有你最心愛的東東你都心甘情願？
那不是愛，那只代表你心胸寬大很博愛。
Does your heart ache and break when they're sad?
Then it's love.
在他傷心的時候你是不是會感到心痛甚至心碎？
降的話那就是愛沒錯。
Do you cry for their pain, even when they're strong?
Then it's love.
你是不是會為了他的痛苦而傷心落淚，即使他根本沒那麼脆弱？
那麼這的確是愛。
Do their eyes see your true heart, and touch your soul so deeply it hurts?
Then it's love.
他的眼神是不是看得到你的真心，而且能夠觸動到你的性靈就如
他所能使你受的傷那樣的深？
(後面那句白話一點講，就是：他的眼神能夠觸動你的靈魂深處......
有多深呢？他能把你的心傷得多深那就有多深！)
Do you stay because a blinding, incomprehensible mix of pain and relation
pulls you close and holds you there?
Then it's love.
你是不是因為一種難以理解的痛苦與關係的組合把你與他拉在一起
且分不開所以才繼續跟他在一起？
(好討厭這句:P 上面這句是直譯，口語一點的話差不多是：
你是不是因為被你與他在一起時的痛苦與你們那難以分割的關係
把你們拉在一塊兒且定在那兒所以才決定繼續跟他在一起的？)
降這是愛沒錯。
Do you accept their faults because they're a part of who they are?
Then it's love.
你是不是能夠接受他的缺陷與過錯只因為那是他的一部份呢？
如果是的話那的確是愛:)
Are you attracted to others, but stay with them faithfully without regret?
Then it's love.
你是不是即使被別人吸引了，卻還是能忠貞地呆在他身旁而毫不後悔？
那麼這真的是愛。
Would you allow them to leave you, not because they want to but because they
have to?
Then its love.
你是不是能夠在不是因為他想離開你而是因為他必須離開你的前提之下讓他離開你身旁？
降的話是愛沒錯。
Would you give them your heart, your life, your death?
Then it's love.
你能夠給他你的心，你的生，與你的死嗎？
是的話...那你的確是愛他的ㄚ......
Now, if love is painful, and tortures us so, why do we love? Why is it all
we search for in life? This pain, this agony? Why is it
all we long for? This torture, this powerful death of self? Why?
現在...如果愛是降地令人感到痛苦，降地折磨我們，為什麼我們要愛呢？
為什麼愛是我們在我們的人生中一直追求的東西呢？
我們追求的是降的痛苦？降的苦惱嗎？為什麼我們每個人都這麼地渴望愛情呢？
我們渴望的是這樣的折磨？這樣的自我傷害嗎？為什麼？
The answer is so simple cause it's...LOVE. It is such an addiction that even
people who are not having it wish to experience and
share it with someone!
答案很簡單......因為那是愛ㄚ！
愛是降地令人上癮，就算是不在熱戀中的人都想去經歷她，
並與某個人分享這份愛情！
