[新聞] 小林尊在美國紐約康尼島吃熱狗大賽後被捕

  美國大胃王(切斯諾)在紐約康尼島舉行的吃熱狗比賽中，以十分鐘54根熱狗的成績
奪冠，這是他連續第四次在這項比賽封王，不過成績比去年差了很多，去年他締造了68根
的世界紀錄。

  今年的比賽，還發生了一點插曲，綽號海嘯的日本大胃王(小林尊)，因為不滿主辦單位
想強迫他簽訂不平等條約，賽後企圖搞破壞，被警察逮捕。

  拿過六次熱狗大胃王的小林尊，因為吃客大聯盟堅持要他簽下不得參加其他大胃王比賽
的合約，他不願出賣自由，雖然為了這項比賽，他已經準備了三個月，結果卻無法參賽，
只能旁觀，比賽結束之後，他企圖上台抗議，和現場的警察發生扭打，觀眾替他發出不平
之鳴，大喊讓他吃、讓他吃。小林尊最後還是被戴上了手銬拉走

  Takeru Kobayashi Arrested At Hot Dog Event

MYFOXNY.COM - Former Coney Island hot dog champion Takeru Kobayashi was
arrested at the annual July 4th event when he tried to rush the stage and
wrestled with NYPD officers.

The Japanese eating champion sat out this year's hot dog contest because of a
disagreement with the sanctioning body of competitive eating.

Kobayashi, 32, is a six time champion of the Coney Island event.

"Let him eat! Let him eat!" the crowd chanted as police handcuffed Kobayashi.

Kobayashi was seen in the crowd before the event wearing a t-shirt with Free
Kobi printed on it. Once the ten minute competition finished he tried
climbing up the stairs to the stage.

Security officers tried to get him down but he wouldn't let go of police
brocades. That's when officers dragged him back stage and cuffed him.

Kobayashi was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, trespass and
obstructing governmental administration.  He was taken to the 60th precinct
on Coney Island.

Kobayashi had won the Mustard Belt from 2001-2006 before Joey Chestnut topped
him for the first time in 2007.  Chestnut won his fourth title on Sunday.

After witnessing the drama involving Kobayashi, Chestnut said, "I feel bad
for him."

  其實在之前美國媒體就已經有報導, 小林尊不願與美國 Major League Eating 簽約,
合約中載明他不得出席美國大食聯盟之外的任何其他單位所舉辦的競食活動,

  Kobayashi says that MLE has attempted to require that he not “compete,
endorse any product, judge, or otherwise be involved in any food related event
” for more than one year. During the contract negotiations starting in
February, Kobayashi’s representatives have tried to loosen these
restrictions, but MLE has been unwilling to compromise, and according to
Kobayashi actually increased their restrictive demands as negotiations
progressed.

　他甚至在訪問時表示，如果美國大食聯盟願意拿掉限制條款，他願意接受無償參加康尼
島熱狗大賽。結果主辦單位完全不願意讓他上台, 所以他才會在比賽結束後, 試圖上台
表達抗議.
