[問題] Merry Christmas I Love You 有人翻唱過嗎？

今天晚上快十點的時候，
在游泳池的廣播聽到的這首歌，
曲子就是學友的粵語歌 Merry Xmas I Love You
可是不是學友的歌聲、而且是國語的
（不過好像還是有那句 Merry Xmas I Love You）
所以想問問學友的這首歌有人翻唱過嗎？是誰翻唱的？

（這真是首應景的聖誕歌啊 XDD）
