Recap

One of those 3-point bombs came courtesy of Jeremy Lin,
who very quietly scored 10 points in the period and finished
the evening with a line of 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists –
numbers that mesh pretty well with the stats he had produced
in his previous five starts this season: 18.8 points, 6.4 assists
and 3 rebounds per game on 50.9 percent shooting from the
field and 48.1 percent shooting from beyond the arc in 35.

So as you might have gathered by now, this turned out to
be quite a night for Houston’s point guard trifecta. Together
Lin, Brooks and Beverley combined to score 62 points while
shooting 13-of-20 from beyond the arc – definitely deserving
of a great googly moogly. That will definitely get the job done.

“We tried to get up into them and force those guys to take
tough shots. Kevin Martin is a terrific scorer. I think Jeremy (Lin)
played excellent defense. I think the story of the night is our
little MVP crazy legs (Aaron Brooks). He was amazing tonight.
He did everything for us. I am happy for him. He got a chance
to play tonight and he did a great job.”

“I think the difference was that about two days prior you
knew that James (Harden) wasn't going to play so mentally
you're more prepared for what's about to happen. Besides that,
we did a great job. We all played well, especially the point
guards, we hit shots.”

我想不同的是，若你在兩天前就知道James Harden不能上場比賽
那你心中就要預先做好準備即將會發生的事情。
此外，我們今晚很不錯，大家都打得很棒，
特別是後衛群們，我們投進了不少球。

“When your All-Star goes out, it takes a collective group to
get it done. That's what we did, everybody, Dwight (Howard)
gave up a little bit of himself in scoring...passed it to others,
we got the job done.”

當隊上的全明星無法上場時，團結力量大才能完成比賽。
這就是我們做的，每個人，尤其是魔獸
他放棄了一些他自己投籃得分的機會，把球傳給其他人
