以下是我的理解：
因為當時摩西引領以色列人出埃及時，眾以色列人還未建國，以色列人單單倚靠
主耶和華神，而但是到了耶利米時代， 主耶和華的話語臨到先知耶利米，我必差派
我的僕人巴比倫王 尼布甲尼撒做些什麼事，我想那個時候已經 耶和華的名已經在
當時地區已經傳揚出去，所以已經指稱列國之萬軍耶和華。
應該是這樣子吧!!
