Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the agreement with
Parma F.C. S.p.A. for the temporary disposal of the registration rights of
the player Sebastian Giovinco has been reached.
The contract envisages the payment by Parma F.C.
of € 1 million in three years.
The agreement also includes the option right, to be exercised at the end
of the 2010/2011 season, for the acquisition by Parma of the player sharing
agreement (ex art.102 bis N.O.I.F.) at a price of € 3 million,
to be paid in three years.

簡單說，Giovinco被Parma用要花三年才付清的1m租走了，
並且在本季末(10-11)就能行使優先購買權以3m買斷(也是分三年付清)
