Juve Diary: Day One

It’s that time again. After a summer filled with Azzurri excitement and a
well-earned rest for those not involved in Euro 2012, the Bianconeri are
ready to begin their preparations for what looks set to be a thrilling
2012/13 campaign.
在義大利國家隊的Euro2012驚奇之旅之後，斑馬軍團已經待命為接下來刺激的
2012/13賽季開始備戰。
And judging by the throng of fans awaiting the team’s arrival in Val d’
Aosta, we’re not the only ones who have missed the boys in black and
white. As Ricky parks the bus in front of the hotel – the same lodgings
used by the squad between 1994 and 2003 – the fans rush forward to catch
a glimpse of their heroes.
當Ricky把巴士停在1994到2003年間也曾使用過的旅館前時，熱情球迷蜂擁而上只為
近距離觀看他們的英雄。
The loyal Bianconeri support, an essential factor behind last season’s
unforeseeable Scudetto success, makes itself heard as the team step off
the bus. Alessandro Matri greets the fans with a big wave, while Arturo
Vidal removes his headphones to exchange a few pleasantries with his
adoring public.
球迷的支援是上賽季成功的關鍵因素。Matri向群眾揮手致意，而Vidal則拿下耳機
與球迷寒暄問好。

You can see why the club has provisionally agreed to use Chatillon/Saint
Vincent as its pre-season training base for the next three seasons – it’
s a perfect venue for both players and fans.
不難發現為何很晚才決定使用Chatillon/Saint Vincent作為接下來三季的季前訓練
基地，因為這裡對球員與球迷來說都是完美的場地。
Situated in the heart of the Aosta valley, it offers a favourable working
climate for the Bianconeri, while treating the supporters to breathtaking
panoramic views.
坐落在Aosta山谷中心，有著適合訓練的氣溫，以及令人屏息的絕佳風景。
But that’s not the only treat for those who have travelled from all over
Italy to follow their beloved Juventus. The Summer Village, which this
year includes table football and beach soccer competitions, is already in
full swing with fans happily mingling and enjoying a relaxed atmosphere.
但對於來到此地追星的Juventus球迷來說好處可不只於此，今年這裡還舉辦了手足球
與沙灘足球的競賽，球迷可以好好享受。

Watched by a strong crowd of almost 1,500, the Bianconeri take to the
field amid rapturous applause. They acknowledge the fans before
immediately beginning a long warm-up in the centre circle. A welcome
commotion in the stands brings a Gianluca Pessotto recollection back to
mind.
球員們在在接近一千五百位觀眾的熱烈掌聲中進場，而在中圈附近開始熱身前，
Pessotto先上台回憶從前：
Pessotto: "I remember Mario, a fan who greeted us every morning with a
particular chant for every player"
「我記得有位每天早上都為每位球員高呼個別口號的球迷Mario。」
True to form, Mario is in attendance, decked out in black and white and
leading the singing from the terraces.
而這位Mario還真的就在人群之中，穿著黑白色裝束的他在看台上引唱口號。
Angelo Alessio presides over a mixed session featuring fitness excercises,
passing drills and a practice match to complete the Bianconeri’s first
day back at work. Luca Marrone adds to Alessandro Matri’s double to give
the team in white a 3-0 victory.
作為開訓第一堂，助理教練Alessio指揮了幾項熱身與傳球練習，然後是場練習賽，
Matri的梅開二度與Maronne錦上添花使穿白衣的分隊3-0獲勝。

After an intense ninety-minute workout, Martin Caceres could be forgiven
for looking slightly jaded when he arrives for his interview at Summer
Village. Yet the Uruguayan defender is anything but, greeting the crowd
with his trademark grin as he steps up to be quizzed by DJ Nana and
Valeria Ciardiello.
在90分鐘的密集訓練之後，微露疲態的Caceres現身見面會，以招牌笑容問候觀眾，
以及回答主持人DJ Nana及Valeria Ciardiello的提問。

The 25-year-old takes it all in his stride, joking and chatting happily
with the fans as he discusses his hopes and ambitions for next season. And
one answer in particular draws the biggest cheer of the day. When asked by
Lord Khali Khali - a supporter who sent in a question to the official
Juventus Twitter page - if he would cut his hair if Juve won the treble,
Caceres’ response was simple: “Yes!”
Caceres面對問題談笑風生，而全場歡呼最熱烈的問答來自Juventus官方Twitter，
帳號Lord Khali Khali的球迷問如果Juventus拿下三冠王，Caceres會剪掉他的頭髮
嗎？Caceres的回答簡短有力：「Yes！」

Official confirmation of the club’s pre-season plans for the following
two campaigns arrives from the team hotel, where Giuseppe Marotta puts pen
to paper on a contract guaranteeing the Bianconeri’s presence in Val d’
Aosta until 2014.
就在下榻的旅館內，Marotta簽署了合約，確保直到2014年的接下來兩季在
Val d’Aosta進行季前熱身的計畫。
A great start to an already exciting pre-season.

其實我一開始沒打算貼這篇的，不過目前為止看官網從Day 1到Day 3都出了，內容
雖然場面話很多但大致上記錄了球隊的重要行程與狀況，所以就加減隨意寫寫，
應該不會認真翻，而且搞不好沒幾天就懶了不繼續XD，所以想看仔細的話還是自己
上官網看原文比較完整且即時XD
