Continassa redevelopment plans confirmed

Juventus have today unveiled exciting new plans to develop the Continassa
zone lying close to Juventus Stadium.
今日，Juventus公開了開發Juventus Stadium鄰近之Continassa地區的新計劃。
The blueprint was presented at Turin’s city hall in the presence of
Bianconeri trio Andrea Agnelli, Giuseppe Marotta and Aldo Mazzia.
計劃藍圖由斑馬軍團三位重量級人物Andrea Agnelli、Giuseppe Marotta與
Aldo Mazzaia於Turin在市政廳展示。
(註: 三人都是董事會成員)
The club intends to carry out the project with the support of the city
council, with mayor Piero Fassino and councillors Ilda Curti (City
Planning) and Stefano Gallo (Sport) also in attendance this afternoon.
Juventus打算借重市政府的協助進行此計劃，而市長Piero Fassino和市府團隊成員
Ilda Curti(都市計畫部門)、Stefano Gallo(體育部門)也在今天下午與會出席。
Should the plans be approved, Juventus would move its current
administrative headquarters and first-team training centre to the area
adjacent to the stadium.
若計畫被核可，Juventus或將總部及一線隊訓練中心搬遷至這塊緊鄰主球場的區域。
The complex would also include a hotel, multiplex cinema, fitness and
wellbeing centre and private accommodation.
這個多角經營的計畫也包含了一間旅館、多廳劇院、運動與健康中心、私人住宅。
The redevelopment project – as confirmed by the Turin city council in an
official press release – is an important move from a club seeking to
transfer its activity into a periphery area of the city, offering
important urban and living spin-off effects to the local population.
Turin市政府在官方記者會認為這項重新開發計畫，是球隊試圖將經範圍轉移至城市
周邊的重要改變，並隨之提供了居民市郊分區的效果。
(註: 不大確定意思但應該是都市計畫之類的)
The plans will now be examined by the city council ahead of their final
approval.
在核可通過之前，現在這項計劃將要接受市政府的審查。

這篇提到這項開發計畫的時間似乎是2015/16，不確定是開始進行還是完工。
這項計劃連同目前已有的Juventus Stadium、J Museum、Area 12，將會達到350M規模
的投資。
計劃的26萬平方公尺中的18萬由Juve持有，其餘8萬平方公尺是公眾服務空間。
旅館有附近的觀光景點與商務需求，也能提供主場比賽時球員的住宿，以及來看球
的球迷。
計劃中的一線隊訓練中心將更符合訓練需求，可容納40位球員的訓練，至於舊有的
Vinovo則作為可容納300位小球員訓練、接受教育與生活的青訓基地。

官網新聞有兩張簡單的示意圖，由於太簡單了其實也看不出什麼具體的設計。
雖然有看到兩塊球場，但似乎沒有室內的球場？這樣下雨甚至是下雪的話......
如果要找地圖來看的話，這區域就在球場的西邊。
