關於這大象的幾件事，摘自wowhead
以下只是翻譯，這財財絕對不是我，我超窮的

HI，各位鄉民
昨天我買了這東西而且在低等級區域當了一會計程車。我去了荊棘谷然後把一個人載
去塔那利斯。在這途中我看到一個想去菲拉斯的人，所以我就把他們載去了。他們非
常高興而且對於這段旅程印象深刻，我也是。這座騎絕對值得你為牠所付出的每一枚
銅幣，光是牠身上的兩個商人就有這價值。我的乘客給我了一些金幣，這很有趣。

然後以下陳述一些關於這座騎的情況。

 1.要騎這大象你需要的條件：資料騙、60級人物、150騎術、隨聲望16k-20k金不等。
 2.要搭便車的話沒有等級限制。
 3.包括你自己這大象可以載三人，所以剩兩個座位。
 4.由於這是載具，所以掉落傷害都由牠自己吸收，人不會有事。
 5.你剛坐上去的時候上面會有兩個商人，一個提供施法材料和修裝，一個提供食物、
   飲料、彈藥、生火工具，另外還有一件德萊尼絲質長袍。
 6.如果你要下座騎的話會有三個多出來的面板給你用，一個就是取消載具，另外一個
   就是把其他人丟下象。
 7.你可以在任何時候把人丟下，像是跳躍的時候、移動的時候……甚至墜落的時候。
 8.現在似乎有個bug，就是如果你先丟下食物商人再讓一個人讓馬，那你在丟下修理
   商人之後那個空位不能被人坐上去。所以你需要把兩個商人都丟下或者先丟掉修理
   商人。
 9.修理商人收的錢是他自己的收入，不會跑到你的錢包裡（笑）
10.騎上去和下去要花的時間比一般座騎多些（大約1-2秒）
11.剝皮、挖礦、拔草這類普通會導致下馬的行為不能在這座騎上使用，你只會得到『
   你不能這麼做的訊息』，所以要從事這些活動時最好換隻座騎。
12.牠有5432點生命。
13.這座騎本身是80級，如果你不到80級的話路邊怪物會直接攻擊你，你80級的話他們
   會打座騎。
14.豹群守護之類的效果會增加牠的速度。
15.如果決鬥的話這座騎會先承受傷害。
16.這個可以載PVP的拔棋手，不會丟旗。
17.在騎這座騎的時候不會被變形。
18.你可以在這座騎上做出所有能想像出的表情，如果你跳舞的話乘客會一起跳。
19.這大象不像德萊尼的象會叫。

Hi folks,
yesterday I bought this mount and took the chance to play some kind of taxi
role in low level areas. I went to Stranglethorn and catched up someone who
wanted to ride Tanaris. During that way I cought someone that wanted to reach
feralas, so i took them for a ride. They were very pleased and impressed and
enjoyed the ride. So i did. This mount is worth every penny of its cost, even
for the fact that you have two vendors with you. My passengers gave me some
gold for the ride and it was very funny.

And to clear something up here are some summarized facts about this mount:

* What you need for this mount: The Wotlk expansion, 16-20k gold (depends on
  your Kirin Tor reputation), 150 riding, LvL 60

* There is no level requirement to take a seat

* The mammoth takes up to 3 persons, including yourself, resulting in 2
  passengers max.

* It counts as a vehicle, so fall damage will damage the vehicle itself instead
  of damaging you and your passengers. It just dies. The highest fall i tried
  was from the top of Dalaran at the Violet Citadel. And we survived :)

* At neutral it costs 20.000 gold, 16.000g at exalted with Kirin Tor

* Upon mounting you have two vendors by your side. One for things like reagents
  and repairs, one for things like food, water, arrows, ammunition, flint and
  tinder and a Draenic Silk Robes

* To dismiss them you have three new Icons atop your action bars. Two to ask
  them to leave, one to unmount. If you can't see them you could press Ctrl+1
  or Ctrl+2 by default.

* You can dismiss your passengers by clicking the corresponding icon atop your
  action bar (left / right seat). Doing so will make them jump out of it. Even
  wenn falling, but thats not very kind, isn't it? :D

* There is currently a bug that if you dismiss the food vendor first, someone
  mounts and then you dismiss the other NPC, no one else can take a ride. You
  will have to dismiss both NPCs or the repair NPC first.

* No, the money for repairs do not go into your money bag ;)

* Mounting up and down takes more time than with a usual mount (1-2 seconds)

* Upon skinning, mining or casting that would usually unmount you automatically
  will not work on the mammoth. You will only get the message "You can't do
  this now". So if you're going to farm herbs, mines or something else another
  mount would be a better choise.

* The mount has got 5342 HP

* The mount itself is Level 80, so if you ride into a lvl80 mob and you are
  below the mounts level it will attack you. Otherwise it will attack the
  mount.

* It seems that speed enhancing abilities like Aspect of the Pack will burst
  the mammoth's speed, making it the fastest 100% carrier you will see :)

* Interesting: In duels the mount is taking damage when mounted.

* It will transport the flag carrier in PvP without loosing the flag

* You cannot be polymorphed while riding the mount

* You can do any emote you can imagine while mounted, and so your passengers
  can do. If you dance, you and your passengers will stay dancing until
  canceled. Really cool!

* The mammoth does not have any kind of "roar" emote if you press the space bar
  like the draenei elephant. If you stand still the mammoth just jumps.
