Calculate：(a) the capacitance C,
(b) the piezoelectric coefficient d31 and
(c) the voltage V when the sensor is subject to a 10-6 [m] axial
deflection.
Example 2：Accelerometer Transducer
Given data：m=10-3kg, b=0, k=7.74×1010N/m, cWLg33E=1.16×10-2C/m, Rc=1010Ω
and Cc=103pF, calculate
(1) the steady-state voltage v response to an acceleration step input of
magnitude a=2 [m/s2];
(2) the time constant.
