  和達叔的面試進行良好。花了很多時間討論達叔的攻守哲學。他提到培養各別球員，但
  還是以球隊為導向。有一些影像分析，也在白板上有很多的優劣分析。對於目前球隊的
  陣容他展現出一些非常有趣的看法。也談到過去這些年他作為教練的開發，而他也提供
  了在他的任期時間內年輕巫師是如何進步的想法。馬兄弟問了一些傑出的問題。

→ RonArtest93:我記得JAMISON到巫師之前就很全面了
→ RonArtest93:其他兩位好像是他帶出來的  不知有無記錯
→ eliczone:比較顯著的例子就是bulter和agent0 Jamison還算是啦
