The Miami Heat have hired Keith Smart as assistant coach and Chris Quinn as
assistant coach/player development.
熱火隊伍在本周新聘了兩人加入球隊的助教團，他們分別是前國王隊主帥Keith Smart，
以及七年球員生涯中有三年在熱火的Chris Quinn。
而Quinn也會兼任掛名「球員發展指導員」的職務。
Additionally, the Heat also named David Fizdale to assistant head coach and
Juwan Howard to assistant coach.
熱火也將把陪伴Spoestra多年的David Fizdale的職稱升格為「首席助教」。
曾經在熱火拿到兩次冠軍且退役後仍留在球隊工作的Juwan Howard，也會正式成為熱火
助教團的一員。
