簡評：Antonio McDess膝傷不明，挑選Sweetney未雨綢繆的用意較大，
除非他能證明自己為「Elton Brand第二」，否則作用只限於東區，
第二輪連撿兩位高個，尤其是選秀前被認為有首輪第5順位行情的Lampe，
反倒讓人更有想像空間，據悉Lampe是因與歐陸母隊合約問題棘手，嚇得各隊不敢押寶，
不過會一路滾到第二輪，未免太嚇人，內情恐不單純。

They didn’t exactly need another undersized power forward,
but Sweetney wasn’t a terrible pick here. He could be part of a future trade,
or serve as insurance in case Antonio McDyess doesn’t make it back.
The bigger coup for New York was getting Lampe, a lottery-caliber talent
who needs a year or two of seasoning, and the 7-4 Vranes, in the second round.

(Unless he's holding him for a future trade with the Bucks.)
Sweetney is a workhorse with decent low-post moves,
and some have compared him to Elton Brand or Malik Rose.
If he works out half as well as the last Georgetown center they drafted,
Knicks fans will take it.
