Eddy Curry reported to camp a svelte 275 pounds - 20 below last October.
"I knew I wanted to be quicker, I knew I wanted to be more durable," Curry
said. "I knew I wanted to be able to play a lot longer at a much higher level.
Every aspect of my game should be better."
Whether Curry and Zach Randolph mesh will be crucial to the Knicks' playoff
aspirations.
"Obviously my shot attempts will be a little down but for most part we'll
still get quality shots," Curry said.
Randolph doesn't understand the fuss about he and Curry coexisting.
"I'm going to bring the best out of him, he's going to bring the best out of
me," Randolph said."

Allan Houston's pregnant wife Tammi was to have labor induced yesterday
so he could announce his decision to try out for the Knicks today.
