Walsh is also applying for a disabled-player exception for Mobley. If the
N.B.A. grants it, the Knicks will have a $4.3 million chip to use in a trade
or a free-agent signing. They could free up two roster spots by waiving
Mobley and Marbury.
之前Mobley的退休,讓尼克得以向聯盟申請430萬的交易特例,就看聯盟點不點頭了.

問各位一下,這個特例能讓我們拿薪資較高的球員去換薪資低的球員嗎?
例如 Jeffries(6.5M) for Telfair(2.3M)
現在 Curry 和 Jeffries 一定得在清走一隻,2010年才可以簽下兩隻03咖(Lebron+Bosh).
