    J.R. Smith’s brother, Chris Smith, who played for Lousiville, will play
for the Knicks in the Vegas Summer League.  Other confirmed players include
Chris Copeland,  Josh Harrellson, Toney Douglas and Jerome Jordan.  The
complete roster will be announced next week.

    The Grizzlies did not give OJ Mayo a qualifying offer, making him an
unrestricted free agent.  He has expressed interest in playing for the Knicks
in the past, but will he be too expensive to nab?  He’d be a great edition
to strengthen the 2-guard slot.
