But of all the changes that the Knicks made this summer, maybe the most
important and least expected is that J.R. Smith has grown up.


今年夏天最大的變化就是－JR終於長大了。


But he’s done it in big ways, too, providing his usual jolt of energy on the
court, but doing it with a plan, too.

“I approach every day differently now,” Smith said. “Every day I think of
it as a positive [to] get into the gym with these guys, try to get the best
work as you can. A lot of times previously in my career I’ve had negative
energy coming into the gym. Just not wanting to be there, jumping around,
goofing off.


JR今年最大的改變就是，她證明它可以把他那過動的能量帶到球場上，並且照著計劃去做。

JR:"我對每一天的感覺不一樣了，我現在每天都很積極的想去球場跟他們練球，並且盡力

“This year it’s been more serious, understanding every road trip we take is
a work trip, not just a play trip. Come here, working hard, understanding and
knowing that if I work hard maybe the next guy will see me working hard and
it will push him.”


JR:"今年得要正經點了，而且我明白這些客場之旅不只去別的城市觀光而已，過去那邊，

然後努力訓練，你得要明白如果你很認真的去做，或許會有下一個明日之星看到你的努力

而激勵他也想努力去做!"


“It’s night and day,” said Carmelo Anthony, who has been with Smith
throughout nearly all of his career. “It’s definitely night and day off the
court. Just maturing and growing up and willing to lock in and focus in, I
think that carries over to the basketball court. His commitment right now,
his focus level, I haven’t seen that in him yet.”


瓜談JR的改變:"這根本是白天跟黑夜的差別，JR變得超成熟，而且更加專注於球場上，我認

為他還把他那種熱情跟專注度帶到場上來了，不過他許下的承諾還有他的球技，我還沒看到

它的極限呢!!"


“He’s accepted his role. He’s really more professional about his approach
this year,” Woodson said. “That has a lot to do with it. And he feels good
about himself. As a coach it’s my job to put guys in position to be
successful. Not just J.R., everybody, and see what happens. I think he’s
taken full advantage of his playing time. He’s really more focused and more
serious about his approach and that’s going to be important as we go through
this season.”


武僧談JR:"他接受他的角色，他今年的表現很專業，他還有多要做的，不過他現在感覺很棒

身為一個教練，我的職責就是把球員放到他適合並且能成功的位子，不只是JR，每個人都一

樣，來看看會發生甚麼事吧，我認為JR打出屬於他的優勢了，他真的需要更加嚴肅，更加專

注於比賽上，這就是我們這賽季最重要的部分。"


Now, he even admits that himself.

“I thought I could get by on my talent a lot,” he said. “This year I’m
actually trying to think the game, taking my time, slowing the game down. So
far it’s been working. I’m trying to stick with it as much as I can.”


JR承認他常跟之前的教練起衝突，"我認為我還能發揮更多的天賦，今年我真的很努力去解

讀比賽，然後打出屬於我的比賽，所以目前為止都很有效，我認為我應該努力堅持下去。"


“Just being around my coaching staff. They’re very professional,” Smith
said. “They’ve been on me about being professional since I’ve gotten here.
I mean, I credit a lot of that to them. Also, just trying to make my parents
proud. Just being a proud son. My dad has been a Knicks fan all his life and
I definitely don’t want to disappoint him or my mom, so just make sure I
stay on a level scale.”


"好好聽教練團的，他們都非常專業，他們告訴我要如何打得更專業點，我虧欠他們很多，

還有我想讓父母為我感到驕傲，我爸一生中都是尼克迷，我不想讓他們失望，所以我要讓

保持在一個水準上!"


But it wasn’t the bike rides that were the problem.

“I’m not going to lie, New York City nightlife last year pretty much got to
me,” Smith admitted. “I was going out pretty much every other night, just
not focused on the task at hand. This year is definitely different.
“My thing is be a professional 24 hours a day, 24 hours, seven days a week,
so I can’t let my slip as well as let my teammates slip. In order for me to
hold them accountable I have hold myself accountable.”


JR:"好啦~我也承認去年紐約的夜生活中你都看得到我>.^，我每個晚上都過得很充足，

而且沒有專注於工作上，但是今年我真的大大的不同了。"

"我的工作就是24小時都變得更專業，每天都很專注在工作上，所以我跟我的隊友總是

不經意地發現時間已經過這麼快了，我會對隊友們負起責任，我會扛起屬於我的責任!"
                                     (這應該就是瓜說的JR對他們的承諾)

“That’s a good thing,” Woodson added. “This is an important year for all
of us. He’s a big piece of what we’re trying to do. He’s got to be
professional and he’s got to be ready to play and do all the necessary
things on and off the court. I applaud him for that.”


武僧表示:"這是好事阿~今年對我們來說是很重要的一年，他對我們來說是塊重要拼圖，
                 (今年的尼克真的是被看雖到極點，每個人都需要證明自己)

他若變得更專業了，那麼她會準備好上場，而且做好場上該做的事，我很讚賞他做到了。"


The Knicks (6-0) used a 25-6 run in the span of 6:37 to turn a 12-point
fourth-quarter deficit into a late seven-point lead. "It shows me that this
team is for real," coach Mike Woodson said. "We beat a great team."


今天尼克在第四節逆轉12分的劣勢，武僧說:"這告訴我，這支球隊是真的存在~我們真的

If the Knicks beat Memphis Friday night, they will match the best start in
franchise history. They went 7-0 to open the 1993-94 season, which ended with
a trip to the NBA Finals.

"We kept our composure," Felton said. "We kept fighting and we came out with
the win."


第四節肥頓跟老基聯手帶起一波逆轉秀，肥頓:"我們盡力冷靜情緒，我們持續去戰鬥，

然後我們就搶到勝利囉~"


Woodson called timeout before the free throw. He said the timeout was "in
disarray" because the arena was loud and he and his players were screaming.
"That's when we told him to calm down," Chandler said. "Carmelo was the
ringleader of that. We were both like, 'Listen, we're not out of this game.'
It seemed like everyone was getting frantic, but you're never out of the game
until the buzzer is over."


在老錢怒犯剔牙哥一規的時候，武僧叫了暫停，武僧表示當時的場面太過"混亂"，

老錢說:"當時我們跟武僧說冷靜~，瓜當初就是帶頭做壞事的大頭目，而我們

都像個惡棍，瓜說:"聽著!我們還沒輸掉這場比賽"，這句話讓每個人心中的小宇宙爆發了，

所以你也看到了，後面的場面哥就不多說了。


“It was just like, ‘Everybody relax. We’re on the road. They made a run,’
Anthony said. “We called timeout and everybody was trying to figure it out
in the huddle. My thing was just relax. We’re down four, down six on the
road. It’s expected. Teams are going to make a run. Tonight was a great way
to show how together we are as a unit. We did it as one tonight.”

"We're getting better," Anthony said. "[This] was a definite true test for
us. It was a great way to show how together we are as a unit. We did it as
one."

Kidd hit three huge threes in the final 6:00, while Smith overcame a shaky
start to add nine critical points, and Felton outplayed Tony Parker down the
stretch. “The thing I told Carmelo right away was that they were not going
to let him score," Kidd said. “I saw it all the time when I was with Dallas,
and how the Spurs would approach Dirk (Nowitzki). They do a great job taking
away your No. 1 scorer. But Melo still gave us a great game with the other
things he did, including his rebounding."


在老基開出"KIDD TIME"第一支三分球時，老基跟瓜說:"他們今晚是不會讓你得分的。"

老基:"我看到的是當初還在小牛時，馬刺對付德佬用的招，馬刺很擅長封鎖別隊的第一

得分點，但是瓜在這場比賽做了得分以外更棒的事，當然還有他的籃板。"


Mike Woodson said he plans to start Carmelo Anthony , who will be giving up
about 20 pounds to Randolph, at power forward.
"Melo's big enough to guard Zach," Woodson said. "We can protect Melo in
certain situations throughout the course of the game by doubling and things
of that nature.''


武僧說他打算讓胖瓜明天去跟灰熊大胖子Z-BO來場"胖子界的巔峰對決"

武僧:"我想這瓜夠胖，應該扛得住Z-BO，我們會在某些情況下去保護瓜瓜，透過一些

方式來保護她。"

另外補充小酒在這場B2B上場時間會少很多，為了保護他的膝蓋。

這場超精彩~!! 防守跟進攻都是季後賽等級的~!!心得說說不好的地方好了XD


老錢:跳投麵包，還OK拉，但多練習吧~不過他比賽後半有點恍神，幸虧最後有回神過來。


NOVAK:今天防守是大亮點，投麵包也是大亮點...很難得看到NOVAK手感差到這種地步。

快回來吧~!腰帶王~!!


今天再次斷了連續吃T紀錄了~希望明天可以看到KT跟CAMBY上場~灰熊的內線超硬!!!!
