The first chance for Prigioni to prove his point came Wednesday night against
the Bucks .

這是老普第一次證明他得分能力的機會


Raymond Felton was coming off his worst game of the season Monday night
against the Nets, and with Jason Kidd sidelined a second straight game with
back spasms, Woodson knew he had to take some pressure off Felton.

在老基傷退，肥頓對籃網打出最差表現後，武僧知道他必須幫肥頓分擔一些壓力。


“I just tried to help the team,” Prigioni said. “Today was great because
the ball started moving again. I think we had a couple of games where we didn
’t have the extra pass. It was fun because everyone enjoyed the game.”

老普說:"我只想盡可能地幫助球隊，今晚很棒，因為球又開始流動了，我認為這幾場

比賽，我們都沒有多做多餘的傳導，而現在很開心，因為大家開始享受比賽了。"


Woodson made an adjustment to give Prigioni more minutes (28) after he let
Felton run the offense for 42 minutes in the overtime loss to the Nets, when
Prigioni played only 11 minutes.
On his first possession, Prigioni saw the Bucks did not respect his shot and
gave him space.
Prigioni calmly swished a 3-pointer and made another basket behind the arc
four minutes later.
“It helped me a lot that I made the first two shots,” he said. “That gave
me confidence to do more things.”

一顆。

老普說:"這兩球幫助他很多，這帶給他信心，讓他可以做更多事。"


“Pablo can play,” Woodson said. “He’s a big part of what we’re trying to
do here in New York. He was great, positive minutes. I was very proud of how
he played.”

武僧說:"老普絕對能打，他是我們之中很重要的一部分，他很棒，有很積極的態度，

我對於他現在打得很棒感到驕傲。"


“When I see Pablo on the court, I know I’m going to get the ball when I’m
open,” Novak said. “He’s going to move the ball, and that’s the kind of
guy that guys love to play with. He makes it easier on you.”

“I thought the third quarter was where we really picked it up from a
defensive standpoint,” Woodson said.

“We have great point guards in Raymond and Jason,” he said. “I just try to
learn from them. When I have the chance like today, I know I have to be ready.
”

老普說:"我們這裡有肥頓跟老基這樣棒的PG，我只是試著去跟他們學習，而當我像今天一樣

，有機會上場時，我知道我已經準備好了!"


“It’s important,’’ Prigioni said of getting his first taste of legit
playing time. “For me, sometimes it’s difficult because I am used to
playing 30 minutes a game. Now if I have in my head, if I play 10 minutes, I
try to produce good things in short period. [On Wednesday] I had more
minutes, so I did better. If I have one mistake, I have a chance to fix it.
[On Wednesday] I felt more [like] I play in Europe.’’

老普說:"禮拜三對我很重要，因為我已經很習慣打上30分鐘了，而之前我都只打10分鐘，

我必須想辦法在這10分鐘內產生高效能，而禮拜三上場28分鐘讓我感覺更棒，如果我放了

一個錯，我就會試著去修正他，而在禮拜三讓他打得更像當初在歐洲那樣。"


Prigioni is the epitome of a pass-first point guard and Carmelo Anthony said
he believes he can get “too passive.’’ Both Chandler and Anthony played
against Prigoni in international competition, including the Olympics in
London.

“You have to understand how crafty he is,’’ Chandler said. “Playing
against him, we always said he takes and makes big shots. He doesn’t shoot
often. But scouting reports playing for the US team, it was look when it
comes down to a shot and it’s key, he’s going to be the one who will take
it and make it.’’

瓜覺得老普傳太多了，要多自幹。

而老錢說:"你必須知道老普有多狡猾，我們在奧運對上他時，我總是說他可以投進那些

big shots，他很少選擇投籃，但是球探報告說他絕對是個關鍵射手，他絕對可以投進

那些關鍵球。"


Prigioni and Felton also worked well as a tandem. Felton seems to work best
when he has another good ballhander on the court.

老普跟肥頓也搭配得很好，肥頓看起來需要有另外一位好的持球者在幫助他。


But he settled for a layup, drawing heckling instead of applause from his
teammates. “I was thinking dunk,” Novak said.
“Ah man, white man can’t jump,” Tyson Chandler joked. “I don’t know if
he can dunk. Somebody said he can. I don’t know. I haven’t seen him. That
was terrible. He almost missed the layup. He should have just run out to the
three-point line.”
“I looked back, kind of psyched myself out,” Novak said. “I think it was
[Tobias] Harris chasing me down. I know he’s a shot-blocker. That was just
half the problem. Sometimes you’re your own best defense or your own worst
enemy I think.”
His father, Mike Novak, watching from courtside, said, “I’m just glad he
got the two points.”

Harris一直跟在我背後，我知道他很擅長搧鍋，這是一半的問題，我認為有時候你自己才

老錢表示:"天啊，他會跳嗎?我不知道他能不能灌籃，但有人說他可以，我不知道，因為我

沒看過，那太可怕了，他上籃差點失敗了，他應該要繞回去3分線投3分XDD"


NOVAK爸表示:"我很開心看到他得到那兩分~"
