Jason Kidd said yesterday his goal is to make his return sometime on next week
’s road trip — possibly Thursday in the rematch in Miami — after an MRI
exam showed no further damage.
“I hope so,’’ Kidd said of playing on the three-game road trip. “That’s
the plan — to get me back out there sometime next week. I feel great. A lot
better as the week’s gone on. That’s the goal is to be 100 percent when you
come back. No need to rush. ... We’ll see how I feel [today].’’
“Our guys are playing extremely well.”

老基說她目標是下禮拜的客場對戰熱火回歸，他做過MRI沒有進一步的大傷害。

老基:"我希望我可以打那三場客場，這是我的計畫，我們讓我的背休息到下禮拜，我現在

感覺比上禮拜好多囉，我的目標是100%康復，所以別著急，讓我們看看我之後感覺如何吧"

“It was tough because the guys played well,’’ Kidd said. “We had an
opportunity to win the game on the road. It was tough to watch. But it was a
lesson learned.’’

Kidd, 39, shot jumpers at the end of practice.
"I thought it was great," Kidd said. "That's his team. He's the coach of that
team. He has every right to do what's right for the team. It's an older team.
I did the same thing in Dallas."

The club is calling the injury back spasms and Kidd has been working with
trainers Andy Barr and Dave Hancock since Monday. “This is maybe the second
time that this has happened to me,” Kidd said.

Amar’e Stoudemire was on the practice court Friday morning, working on his
shooting and between sets of shots, running hard up and down the court. The
Knicks haven’t put a date on his return yet, but are hopeful that he can
return before the New Year, which would keep him within the window of six to
eight weeks since he underwent surgery on his left knee.

"I know six to eight weeks was dangling out there," coach Mike Woodson said.
"We’re going to accept Amar’e back when he’s ready to go. Whenever that
is, don’t know. I really don’t.

"That’s a great sign [that he is running]. He’s out running and he’s
shooting a little bit. He’s going to engage it as he goes along and,
obviously, Amar’e will tell us when he’s ready."

阿罵今天開始進行練習囉!!

他現在可以跳投，也能努力地在場上跑動，尼克目前還沒訂出他回歸的正確日期，但

希望他能在新年前歸隊，就跟當初設定的6~8周一樣。

武僧說:"我知道6~8周快過去了，只要阿罵準備好上場，我們就準備好接納阿罵了，至於

何時，我不知道，我真的不知道，至少他現在能跑是好徵兆，他開始做些訓練了，他現在

忙於訓練，很顯然的，如果他準備好了，他會告訴我們的。"


Stoudemire has grown a full beard during his hiatus — just like Santa Claus.
Stoudemire was clearly in the mood to show off, though declined to talk about
his status.

Camby was the only healthy Knick not to play in the win on Friday night.
Woodson has said Camby needs to get into better game shape, but there seemed
to be ample opportunity to insert the 38-year-old into the Wizards game. "I
decided tonight to go with the young guys," Woodson said.

雖然CAMBY今天被全場觀眾呼喊，但武僧始終沒擺他上去。
