WHAT IT MEANS: Jason Kidd insisted that playing against the Nets, one of his
ex-teams, wasn't a big deal. But he sure played like it was.
Kidd knocked down a 3-pointer with 24 seconds left to give the Knicks a
100-97 win over the Nets on Tuesday.
Kidd missed the first game against the Knicks due to back spasms, but made a
huge impact in Round 2 of the East River battle at the Barclays Center.
The 39-year-old finished with 18 points on six 3-pointers. In addition to the
game-winner, which came before two missed 3s from Gerald Wallace and Deron
Williams at the buzzer, Kidd also tied the game with a 3 with 3:50 to play.
The Knicks, winners of seven of their last eight, wouldn't have won the game
without Carmelo Anthony, who scored a season-high 45 points and led the
Knicks back from 17 points down in the first quarter.

ANTHONY UNREAL: Anthony had 15 huge points in a pivotal fourth quarter and
finished with 45 on 15-for-24 shooting from the floor. He knocked down five
of seven 3s and 10 of 11 from the line.
He had 35 in the Knicks' first game against the Nets -- an overtime loss.

foot, smart money said Tyson Chandler would have had a big game against
Brooklyn.
Smart money was wrong on Tuesday.
Chandler had his hands full with Brooklyn center Andray Blatche. Blatche had
12 points in the first half on 6-for-7 shooting as the Nets outscored the
Knicks in the paint, 24-4, midway through the second quarter.

SHEED STEPS UP: Rasheed Wallace was effective off the Knicks bench after
missing one game with a left foot injury. The 38-year-old finished with eight
points and five rebounds. Another positive for the Knicks? J.R. Smith found
his shot on Tuesday. Smith had hit just 27 percent of his shots over the
previous five games. Woodson said before the game that he told Smith to 'keep
shooting' -- and he did jut that, going 7-for-15 from the floor for 16
points.

sideline for the first time since he resigned from the Knicks' job last
March. Since D'Antoni left, the Knicks have thrived. They entered play
Tuesday in first place in the Eastern Conference and with a 33-11 record
since Woodson took over.

再次證明尼克打的是團隊籃球，當有人狀況不佳或被緊盯防守時，總有其他人挺身而出承
擔得分重任。
“當kidd在場上，尼克更有機會贏得比賽，就是這麼簡單。”認證無誤。
當kidd飆進第六顆的致勝三分球時，全場球迷的歡呼聲，那裏真是籃網主場嗎？其實布魯
克林是籃網的偽主場，尼克的第二主場吧？!!! XDDDD
本場MVP：神瓜和基神 (看了他的表現，你相信他是39歲的老將嗎？)難怪武僧說：kidd在
