今天這場記者特地寫了一則關於武僧的

------讓我們搭著時光機回到2012/3/12號那天------

They say you only get one chance to make a first impression, and Mike Woodson
didn't want to blow his opportunity.

So he walked into the Knicks locker room on March 12, a few hours after Mike
D'Antoni stepped down, and delivered a simple message in his first words as
head coach.

"He said he was going to hold guys accountable," Tyson Chandler said. "He
called myself up, Amare, Carmelo. He said if you guys want to be the leaders
of this team, then you've got to lead. You've got to lead by example. You
guys have got to be the backbone and the character and you've got to show
what the team is made of."

尼克們說著:"你只有一次機會可以給人們一個強烈的印象，而武僧不想錯過這個機會"

所以他在3/12那天走進了尼克休息室，他在那裏宣布他成為臨時總教頭，幾小時後，

冷哥宣布辭職。

老錢這麼描述著:"武僧希望我們扛起責任，他把我，阿罵還有瓜叫了過去，他說嘿!如果你

們想要領導這支球隊，你們必須走在隊伍的最前頭，那麼你們就必須以身作則，你們有能力成

為這支球隊的核心，你們必須展現給大家看看，必須告訴大家這支球隊可以做到甚麼!!!


------讓我們回到2012/12/14號吧------

Woodson recalled the speech on Thursday, several hours before his Knicks
faced Mike D'Antoni's Lakers.

"That was the right thing to do, I think," the coach said.

Nine months later, it's hard to argue Woodson on that one.

Especially after his Knicks handled D'Antoni's Lakers in convincing fashion
on Thursday night.

在這場尼湖戰開打的幾小時前，武僧重新回顧了這段發言。

武僧說:"我認為，我當時的作為是對的。"

在那之後的這九個月，武僧很艱辛的證明了當時的那段話。

尤其是在他擊敗了冷哥的湖人隊之後...


With the win, the Knicks improved to 9-0 at home, their best home start since
1992-93. They'll wake up on Friday morning sitting atop the Eastern
Conference.

"I tip my hat to our guys," Woodson said.

Woodson spent most of the day Thursday dodging questions about the difference
between he and D'Antoni.

But he didn't really need to embarrass D'Antoni by explaining it.

He's made a strong case on the court.

在經過今天這場勝利後，尼克取得了主場9-0的成績，這可是跟1992-93的尼克成績一樣好啊

當尼克們週五醒來時，會發現他們仍穩穩地坐在東區龍頭的位子。

武僧說:"我想這份功勞是那群小夥子的"

武僧今天花了很多時間去解決記者要他比較她跟冷哥的不同

但他始終沒有對冷哥說出一些難堪的話

而他今天在MSG打出了一個鐵證如山的實例。


With Thursday's win, the Knicks improved to 20-1 at home under Woodson.
Overall, they are 35-11 under The Goatee.

"I think a lot of that has to do with this coaching staff really holding guys
accountable," Chandler said.

經過這場勝利後，尼克在武僧底下打出了主場20-1(跨季)的勝利，總成績是35-11

老錢說:"我想了很多，我想這就是教練所謂的要我扛起責任吧。"


Woodson's also succeeded largely where D'Antoni couldn't -- getting Anthony
to buy in. Woodson also tweaked his offense to suit some of Anthony's
strengths, such as playing in the post. That's something that D'Antoni did
not do.

And he has the unquestioned respect of the locker room.

"He treats everyone the same," Chandler said. "It does not matter who he's
talking to. He speaks to everyone the same way. He demands the same thing out
of everyone and that's respect, hard work and being a professional."

So far, that's been a winning formula for Woodson's Knicks.

武僧的成功大多來自於冷哥失敗的地方－處理瓜的問題，武僧也成功地讓瓜融入他的

進攻體系，由於瓜的融入，那這套體系變得更強壯，還能打低位，這就是冷哥做不到的地方

毫無疑問的，武僧是休息室內最被敬重的人。

老錢說:"他平等的對待每個人，這不管是誰，他總會好好地跟你談，他會用同樣的方式去

跟每個人溝通，而當他有請求時也是一樣平等的，這就是為什麼他可以如此受敬重，他認

真工作，而使努力想成為更專業的人。"

到目前為止，這就是武僧尼克的勝利方程式。

冷哥說:"尼克有了好PG了"


The secret formula

Though there has been plenty of debate about whether Carmelo Anthony and Amar
’e Stoudemire can create the chemistry to play together, Mike D’Antoni
thinks that the key rests not with those two or the coach.

When D’Antoni couldn’t quite make it work, he saw the reason as outside of
their control.

"The biggest challenge is we didn’t have a point guard, also," D’Antoni
said. "Then we had [Jeremy] Lin for a very little [while], then I kind of
departed. That was the hardest challenge. Then we had a strike year. That was
hard. The year before we made the playoffs and did what we did with Chauncey
[Billups], but then we lost Chauncey and got Tyson [Chandler], which we
needed — and we had no point guard."

Asked if the current tandem of Raymond Felton and Jason Kidd would change
that, D’Antoni said, "Without a doubt."

尼克現在還是有瓜罵是否可以融合的疑問，而冷哥說最關鍵的點不是在教練

當冷哥無法解決這問題時，那時的尼克的賽季幾乎要失去控制了...

冷哥說:"最大的挑戰就是...當時的我們沒有PG...，之後的一段時間我們有了鳩咪林，

在更之後我就辭職了，這就是當時最艱辛的困境，我們有個縮水賽季，那真的是很困難

前一年我們打入了季後賽，但這年我們失去了槍西，得到了老錢，我們的確補上C的洞了

在那同時...我們失去PG了...。

當冷哥被問到:那肥頓跟老基可以改變這情況嗎?  冷哥:"毫無疑問的，是的。"

Stoudemire was married to his longtime girlfriend this week and although Mike
Woodson didn’t get an invite, he did have some advice.

"Just listen," he said. "Keep your mouth shut and keep it moving."

另外，這禮拜阿罵跟他長期的女友終於結成連理了，雖然大家都沒被邀請，武僧也沒被邀請

但武僧有些建議要跟阿罵說

武僧:"阿罵聽好囉~閉上你的嘴，不要跑出來~亂說話~繼續努力!!!!"
