------從打擊中重新站起來的尼克------

After the game, coach Mike Woodson and the players all said the same thing:
"We went away from our principles."

賽後武僧跟尼克們都說:"我們遵從了我們的原則!!!"


So the game plan for Wednesday's game was pretty simple: "Get back to them."
And that's just what they did, knocking off the Nets 100-86 -- playing the
brand of basketball that led to their 8-1 start, when they scored very
efficiently and were tops in the NBA in defense.

這場尼克的比賽計畫很簡簡單就是:"把以前的自己找回來"

意思就是找回之前8-1那時的尼克防守。


"We're back on track again," Woodson said. "Our switches were right on the
money and our pick-and-roll defense was solid with guys getting into the
ball. That's how we came out in camp, and that's how we played tonight."

"We were really aggressive," Felton said. "We got stops, kept guys in front
of us, we rotated as a team, we rebounded after they took shots and we didn't
give them any second-chance points. We did all the right things tonight."

武僧說:"我們回來了!!我們的換防還有我們對P&R的防守都很棒，這就是我們之前練習

的樣子，這就是我們今晚打得樣子。"

肥頓:"我們真的超有幹勁的拉，我們阻止了那些傢伙，我們輪轉超棒，我們也抓到了那些籃

板，我們不給他們任何二次進攻的機會，我們今晚做了每一件對的事。"


------火星瓜地球探險日記-------


About two hours before tipoff on Wednesday, Carmelo Anthony was on the
Madison Square Garden floor, running sprints at half speed and shooting
around to test his injured left ankle. "For the most part, I felt pretty
good," he said.

另外瓜說他的腳感覺還不錯


"He's on another planet right now," Nets coach Avery Johnson said after the
game.
"There's no doubt in my mind that he's an MVP candidate," Mike Woodson said.
"I know it's early but he's playing at such a high level, it's scary. It's a
beautiful thing to watch."

籃網教練小將軍說:"瓜根本不是地球人拉..."

武僧:"毫無疑問，在我心裡瓜就是M-V-P，我知道現在講有點太早，但他打得水準太高拉，

這可是很驚人的欸，我們尼克終於練出了一隻火星瓜可以看拉~"


"You know, he’s a special player," Tyson Chandler said. "There’s not many
in this world than can take four, five days off and then come in and put up
31."

老錢:"哪有人罷工個四，五天後，來上班還可以拿到31分的拉!!!作弊拉!!"


He may not be fully healthy for Friday's game against the Bulls, but Woodson
doesn't seem too concerned.

"If he's not 100 percent, I'll take whatever percent he was tonight," the
coach said, "because it was awesome."

瓜接下來對公牛時或許還沒完全康復，但武僧看起來是不擔心

武僧:"即使他不是100%狀態，我都可以接受，因為他今晚也不是100%還是令人敬畏阿..."


------尼克版父與子，熱烈上映中------


Last season, it was clear that after Mike Woodson took over the Knicks in
March, he had a positive effect on J.R. Smith. It was as if the two of them
developed a father-son relationship. When Smith would make a mistake, Woodson
would make sure to call him over to the sideline and give him tough love
about what he did wrong. But Smith didn't sneer; he made strides, which he's
also been doing this season.

上賽季，在武僧正式成為尼克教練後，帶給了JR一股正面能量。

就算他們倆個有父子關係我也不意外拉~

當JR犯了錯時，武僧會把他叫到場邊念，並且給她愛的教誨告訴他哪裡錯了。

大家都以為JR會不削，但他沒有，他這季進步超多，變得超成熟。


Case in point: After Smith had been struggling to find his shot earlier in
the month, the coach pulled his best bench scorer aside during practice on
Tuesday and talked to him.
Woodson talked about their conversation after the game.

"He bounced back from the other night," he said. "He and I had a conversation
about his last game and we actually had the opportunity to work a little bit
on the floor yesterday. I thought he was totally focused when he stepped out
on the floor to start the game, and he carried that throughout the ball game.
I mean, I couldn't be more proud of the young man with the way he played
tonight. He was very good tonight."

本月稍早的練習中，武僧跟JR有過一次秘密會談。

武僧說:"JR終於再次從低潮中走出來了，他跟我的那次會談是關於他之前的比賽內容，

我們昨天還真的有過一次機會來練習，我想當他上場時，他應該要全心全意地專注在場上，

而他也把這個貫徹到他的比賽中了，我的意思是:JR今天打得內容，讓我為他感到超超超

驕傲阿!!!!他今晚真的打超棒!!!"


Mike Woodson has done something no coach ever has done.

He’s told J.R. Smith not to hesitate when he shoots.

“Other than Coach Woodson, I’ve never been told I was hesitating,” Smith
said with a smile after shooting 7 of 11 and scoring 19 points last night in
the Knicks’ 100-86 win over the Nets at the Garden.

武僧跟所有教練都不一樣，他跟JR說:不要猶豫，投就對了!!

JR:"他真的跟其他教練都不一樣，我從來沒有被這樣要求過!!"


“They say I’ve never seen a shot I didn’t like, and I’ve been trying to
live up to his expectations,” Smith said. “On the defensive end more than
anything. The offensive end has been kind of easy.”
And Smith did all he was asked — and even what he wasn’t asked to do. He
kept his cool in the first quarter on a little rough play with Kris
Humphries, who drew a technical foul.

“I didn’t realize they were going to call a technical. It was just being
physical, going for the ball,” Smith said. “I didn’t think he deserved a
tech.”

JR說:"我知道外界都說沒有我不喜歡的投籃選擇，我也試著去做到武僧對我的期望中，

在防守端更努力去黏人，在進攻端做得更輕鬆點。"

JR做到了所有被要求的事，還做到了他以前沒做到的事－就是當他跟憨佛有肢體衝突時，

保持了冷靜，還讓憨佛吃到T~。

JR:"痾...那時我是不認為他們會給出一個T拉，那就只是一些為了搶球的肢體碰觸咩~，

我是不認為他應該拿到T拉~"


Smith now has shot 14 of 24 (.583) after a shaky eight-game run of 40 of 124
(.323).

“Coach just didn’t want me to hesitate,” Smith said. “Take less dribbles,
be more efficient on the offensive end and take better shots.”

最後JR談到他的投籃

JR:"哎呀，武僧把拔說不要猶豫，也不要一直運球，少運球，多做點終結者的工作，投些

不錯的投籃!!"
