“It’s been a long flight over, we’ll. take today off,’’ Woodson said at
the team hotel. "Tomorrow we’re going to have a full-blown practice. I think
guys are kind of dragging. I don’t know if I’ll get much out of anybody
today."
武僧在球隊的飯店說：這是一個漫長的飛行，我們今天會休息，明天我們將有一個完整的
練習。
Woodson encouraged players to bring their families. Woodson brought his
daughter and nephew’s daughter.
“I think it's important, it's an opportunity not only for us to bond but
they can spend a little time with their families,’’ Woodson said. “It's
kind of nice to spend it with people you know. Some players were able to
bring their kids and spouses.’’
武僧鼓勵球員帶他們的家庭成員一起到倫敦。武僧帶了他的女兒和侄子的女兒同行。我覺

Amar’e Stoudemire brought his new wife, Alexis, and they planned to hit the
town.
“I’ve been there before (in 2008) but this is the first time with my wife,’
’ Stoudemire said. “I’ll try to enjoy the London area, restaurants and
lounges, great museums. I’m going to try to enjoy sightseeing.’’
阿罵帶來了他的新婚妻子Alexis。我在2008年有來過倫敦，但是這是第一次與我的妻子一
起來。我會盡力享受在倫敦時間，餐廳和休息室，偉大的博物館。我要享受、觀光這個城
市。

As Anthony arrived with his wife, La La, to the team hotel in London Tuesday
morning, he laughed it off. Anthony told The Post he had no idea Dolan had
set up two audio technicians on opposite sides of the court to record his
on-court dialogue with other players. The Post reported Dolan did it because
he wanted to protect Anthony from another Kevin Garnett-type “he-said,
he-said’’ incident, which led to Anthony’s one-game suspension.
瓜帶著lala在球隊倫敦下塌的酒店曬恩愛。瓜跟記者說他不知道杜蘭讓兩個音頻技術人員
在球場的兩側記錄他在球場上與其他球員的對話。 華盛頓郵報報導杜蘭這樣做，是因為
他想保護安東尼避免瓜再受到像KG事件各說各話的傷害，那個事件導致瓜被禁賽一場。
“I don’t care about the microphones, ‘’ Anthony told The Post in the
hotel lobby. “I wasn’t aware of it. I found out on the plane [ride].’’
瓜說：我不關心錄音的問題，我當時不知道這件事。我是在飛機上才知道這事。'
“I don’t think the mikes are going to stop what goes out on the court,’’
Anthony said. “But it was funny when I heard it. No, I wasn’t upset. Not
at all.”

“It feels good to be back,’’ Anthony said. “I’m tired now, but I’ll get
some rest and see how I feel. It’ll bring back some good memories.’’

That La La was by his side was noteworthy, considering a report they were
separated. La La, who denied it, said she also attended the Olympic
fortnight.
“I had a great time,’’ she said.

說她奧運會期間也在瓜身邊陪他兩個星期。她有很愉快的一段時間。

Shumpert said Carmelo Anthony asks him to cut it, but he's not going to cave
to external pressure.

Stoudemire jokingly said Monday that he deserves a little credit for the diet
trend in the Knicks' locker room.
"I think everyone knew about my vegan diet and it just kind of spread,"
Stoudemire said with a smile.
Stoudemire says even Mike Woodson has gotten into the health craze sweeping
the Knicks, getting on a diet himself.
阿罵開玩笑地說，他的飲食潮流在尼克的更衣室值得一些讚揚。我認為每個人都
知道現在我吃純素，它有傳播的影響力。即使武僧也被尼克的健康熱潮席捲，讓自己
的飲食跟上潮流。
(心得：中午也來吃素食好了...結果今天中午找不到想吃的那家素食餐廳，改明天吃 XD)
