INDIANAPOLIS -- In the Knicks' first game after the All-Star break, they
played as if they were still on vacation. In the last game before the trade
deadline, they played like a team in need of a change.
明星賽後的第一場比賽，尼克看起來還在度假，而且表現出他們需要改變球隊(例如交易)
The Knicks were outworked, outhustled and pushed around. They trailed by 39
points, lost their cool and the game, 125-91, at Bankers Field House.
"We didn't show up," a disgusted Mike Woodson said. "They whipped our [butt]
from beginning to end. We just didn't compete. It's unacceptable. That's on
all of us."
It was like we were still on the All-Star break. We can’t play like this
and stay at the top of our division.”
尼克曾一度落後39分，事實上他們整場都在被痛宰。
武僧不爽的說:"我們沒有打出應有的表現，他們整晚都在痛扁我們，我們完全無法反抗，
這我無法接受阿...但這就是我們全體的問題唉...，我們感覺上還在度假，我們不能打
出這種表現阿，如果我們還想待在頂尖球隊的行列的話。"
Carmelo Anthony was sitting alone on the trainer’s table in the back of the
locker room 30 minutes after the loss. His head was bowed as he reflected on
his team’s worst loss of the season.
“We didn’t compete tonight,” Anthony said. “We want to do it as
individuals. We feed off each other. Hopefully, this game will give us a
wake-up call.”

said. “They played like a team tonight, and we played like individuals. When
you give up 74 points to a team that doesn’t even score high before
halftime, you’re asking for a loss.”

而我們...根本在單打獨鬥阿，當你讓一支從沒在半場拿過74分的隊伍拿到這分數，那你
得到的回應就是...一場慘敗。"
“We got our [butt] whipped,” Tyson Chandler said. “It was a good old
[butt]-whooping. When you get beaten this bad, it’s everybody from the top
down.”
老錢:"總之我們的屁股被他們踢爛了，這可是很可怕的警訊阿，當你得到這麼大的慘敗，
這對我們每個人都是震驚阿..."
"We're fooling ourselves if we think we're going to get somewhere playing
this kind of defense," Chandler said.
老錢:"我們根本在自欺欺人...，如果我們的防守還是這種表現的話，說要去爭取某個東西
根本是笑話。"
“Getting down so much was frustrating to our team,” Smith said. “We didn’
t know how to handle it.”
JR:輸這麼多...這對我們這支隊伍來說是很大的挫折，我們不知道要怎麼處理這情況。"
“For us to shoot 33 percent from the field and 17 from 3, that’s our game,”
Anthony said. “It put a lot of stress on the defensive end.”
瓜:"我們命中率只有33%...這就是我們的比賽，我們受到很多防守上的壓迫。"

The Knicks have now lost four of their past five games and are 14-14 since
Dec. 17. It’s time for Woodson to shake things up, though the coach wouldn’
t commit to anything after the game.
“I’m not talking about changes, I’ve just got to figure out how to get our
team going,” Woodson said.
尼克從12/17日以來打出14-14的成績，最近還打出1-4的成績，是否該是武僧做出改變的
時刻了，不過武僧在這場比賽後沒做出任何保證。
武僧:"我不是在說關於改變的事，不過我剛才想出球隊前進的方向了。"
Making a trade before today’s 3 p.m. deadline passes certainly would shake
things up. But if the Knicks stand pat, Woodson can begin by changing his
starting lineup tomorrow night at Toronto. He can insert Stoudemire for Jason
Kidd or Iman Shumpert in the starting lineup and find some playing time for
Ronnie Brewer. Stoudemire started the second half for Shumpert last night but
the game was basically over by then. Most of all, anyone who doesn’t play
defense needs to get a quick hook.
“We’ll break this tape down and talk about it before we go to practice
[today],” Woodson said. “Hopefully, we can get some things ironed out.”
It’s up to Woodson to fix this now before this lethargy infects the
remainder of the regular season. It’s officially time to panic.
交易截止日期在今天到期，如果尼克沒有做出改變，那麼武僧可以在明晚對決暴龍的客場，
對他的先發陣容做些調整，他可以讓阿罵去替換先發中的老基或香波，也該是時候讓小酒
解凍了，阿罵今天下半場跟香波擔任先發，但基本上那時比賽已經結束了。
武僧:"我們在今天練習之前拿出錄影帶來看，然後開個小會議，希望我們可以解決一些
問題。"
