is concerned bad season will hurt team in luring free agents.

禪師對 4 勝 18 敗的尼克表現感到"失望"，
並表示這樣的戰績將會影響其他球員加盟的意願。
"Yeah, and I'm not happy about that," Jackson said on Monday.
「是的，我對此感到很不滿意」禪師於週一受訪時說到。
"Obviously, we're disappointed," Jackson said. "We knew it was going to be a
process; we talked about that before. But the process has been kind of set in
place. I think guys understand what we're trying to do. Hopefully, they're
getting to be more compliant.
禪師說：顯然對於這樣的戰績，我們很不滿意。
就像我之前所談到的，我們能夠理解學習新戰術需要時間，
但現在的表現，就好像大家放任了這樣的結果出來。
我認為球員們已經慢慢在理解我們教導的東西，
希望他們能愈來愈適應。
"There is sometimes addition by subtraction, but I don't see anybody that
doesn't want to be part of this organization, doesn't want to play with his
teammates, doesn't want to learn," Jackson said. "I see some guys that are
resistant to their old habits, and their learning is delayed because of them.
We see some guys who don't have the skills that are really necessary to
operate, but they'll learn those and hopefully they'll continue. And that's
what I've seen the last Sunday through Sunday — last Sunday to this Sunday's
game, those five games have all been games that I felt where we played
competitively and had opportunities to win.
就我觀察，我們並沒有發現有球員不想待在這個球隊中，
也沒有發現球員與隊友們不合，也沒有球員不願意去學習新的系統。
我發現有些球員還留著一些以前的打球習慣，
這也使得他們在學習進度上，有點落後以及適應不良，
但他們也願意並且盡量的去學習改變。
從上星期日到這個星期日共五場的比賽，
我覺得他們打得很不錯，而且其實我們都很有機會贏得勝利。
"Now it's about a loser's mentality. It's not about the skill or the talent
level. Yes, I think that if we wanted to go off into individuality and play
an individuality type game, the talent level would show. And we don't have
the talent level for that. But if we want to play together as a team we will
win games."
現在的問題是一種輸習慣的心態，這跟球技還有天賦已經沒有關係。
當然如果要球員們靠著天賦打個人技巧的比賽，
或許他們是有那個能力，但靠著單打獨鬥能贏得多少比賽呢?
重點還是要靠系統、組織的戰術去習慣贏得大量的比賽。
