internetional call is not as expensive as you think.
One kind card of 10,000 Korean Won can offer you at least 2 hours.
You can use it on all kinds of phones, of course, public phones
There are many PC-bars in Korea.
The cost is about 1000~2000 Korean Won per hour
You are aslo able to use internet in that kind of places which are pretty
easy to find.
