自問自答。
寫信問了一下能不能用 Telegraphic Transfer，結果跟板主在底下這幾篇文章裡遇到
的情況差不多。

簡單講就是：學費、宿舍費「只能從韓國付」。

As notified, remittance from abroad (Telegraphic Transfer from Taiwan)
is not accpetable.
Accepted student will be provided virtual account for payment.
But transfering fees to the virtual account will not be available.
So if you are accpeted to Gwanaksa, you should ask anyone in Korea to
transfer your dormitory fee to virtual account.
