My current lease is about to expire. I found a new
apartment at Palms(3322 Bagley, Los Angeles, CA 90034).
30 minutes to UCLA by bus.
15 minutes to USC by driving.
I like to find a person to take(both sign the lease) the apartment.
I expect to start the lease around June 10, 2009.
1. Total rent: $1450, not including utilities
2. 2B2B, large space
3. gated 2 parking space, tandem
4. quiet
5. Close to Big blue Bus 12 and super 12.
6. Both male and female roommate ok.
7. one-year lease
I have checked couples of apts at the area.
This one is worth the rent.
