Hi, my name is Kyung Min Nam from S. Korea. I am a USC graduate student.
I studied in majoring with Electrical Engineering and now Biomedical
Engineering. I prefer Taiwanese roommate and a USC graduate student.
I have lived in Visconti Apt. (http://www.thevisconti.com ) in downtown
so far. (Please visit the website) It takes 15 minutes to go USC campus
using a car or DASH bus (20 minutes) near this apartment.

The unit of 2 beds and 2 baths is available on Aug and Sept.
When I find one person who lives in starting on August or September,
we will contract new unit (2bed/2bath) with apartment’s manager.
So please let me know when you want to start to live in.
This apt. has very good location. It is so easy to go campus everyday
and serves library, pool, Jacuzzi, gym, conference room, business center
and many parking spaces.
Monthly rental fee is around $1000 per person with promotion that
manager provides me. The original price is around $2300 per unit.
We will share the utility fee such as the Internet, Electricity, Gas,
Water etc.

這個apartment以此價位來說住起來很舒服 也很安全
所在地點是下城附近高級公寓裡最好的 適合這附近上學上班的人士
