I have a room and would like to sublease it this summer.
Here are some details about the place.
This is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in West LA:
Includes an A/C, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave,
a fridge and laundry in house. Free parking and furnished.
Management pays for water and trash removal. The tenants are
responsible for their electricity bill, gas, and internet bills
(around $50 per month).
The apartment is quiet for the most part.
My roommates (both are female) include one 1st year UCLA Anderson student and
one 2nd year graduate student at UCLA.
Location is convenient to walk to grocery
stores including Trader's Joe, Smart & Final, Ralphs, Japanese supermarket
and 10-15 min driving distance to Beverly Hills, Century City, Santa Monica
beach, and Venice beach - located close to bus stops for multiple lines
Spacious closets (more than enough for 2 people)
The place will be available starting from June 8th to Aug 28.
The rent will be $650 per month (utilities included)
