Apartment sublease during summer
Hi, I want to sublease my studio in the north side of campus
from 6/1 - 8/25.
The address is 2727 Ellendale Place, CA 90007.
It's a studio, so you will have your private space.
I will be out of town for an internship, so you can
use my furniture. I have private wireless network, LCD TV, kitchen,
refrigerator..
The area is very safe, on-site manager, gated-entry, CCTV camera.
5 minutes walk to USC campus.
