We have a 3 bd room 3 ba townhouse located inside a private gated community.
First floor is garage and entrance, second floor kitchen living room and 2
bedrooms.
As roommate, we are looking for someone who's very clean (do your
dishes right after you eat etc), quiet, and considerate. You will be living
with two young professionals who graduated from college and are now working
full time locally.
Your room will be located on the 3 rd floor all by yourself with ultra
privacy. Private bathroom is inside the room. You get the private stairway
all to yourself.
