看不太懂最後一行為什麼有那兩個逗號?
試翻了一下:
根據國際法，每個海岸國家在領海擁有空中、水柱體、海床及底土等主權
(接下來隸屬甚麼更確定的權力那邊就不知道怎麼翻了= = )
