依國際法，鄰海國對其領海內之水體、上空、海床與底土具支配管轄權。
並得於特定情況，對外籍船舶與航空器有否准其通過領海之權 (？)
(PS.外國籍「非軍用」「船舶」得無害通過他國領海。但須限於「無害」的情況。)
