Atletico Madrid chief: Torres stays

Atletico Madrid sports director Toni Munoz insists Fernando Torres is an
integral part of the club's future plans.
The Atletico captain was the subject of a major bid from Chelsea last week
, which was turned down flat by president Enrique Cerezo.
"One of the great objectives of the club is that it grows in these next
years and if the players can also grow then we will have it easier," Munoz
told AS.
"Torres is a very important player for Atletico, everybody knows this.
That oth er clubs are interested in our players is very positive for the
organization.
