[問題] 有關打中文相關問題

我安裝Texmaker，我忘了我裝什麼後可以打中文的Latex文件（應該是CWtex）

我的電腦是雙系統（Ubuntu 12.04跟Windows XP）

我在Ubuntu 12.04用Texmaker編輯一個檔案（.tex 檔），

後來用Windows XP開我在Ubuntu 12.04編的檔案（我都是用Texmaker），

原來打中文的地方變成亂碼！我「關閉沒存檔」後重開機到Ubuntu再開該檔案，

出現以下視窗：

它有好多選項可選，可是不知選哪個才會正確解碼。

之前工作整整四天的檔案……，有誰可教我怎麼設定什麼的，

讓我在Ubuntu和Windows XP，都可正常編輯Latex檔。＠＠

對了，我是用xetex
